We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or order number.
To start a return, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you our address to which you can send the return. Shipping costs of returned items are covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
All pieces have a 60-day guarantee for damages strictly referring to open closures, extraordinary damage in the metal, and any other damage unrelated to negligence. For any specific doubts or issues with your jewelry piece, please send us an email to see if you would be covered by this guarantee at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Exchanges are processed in the same manner as a return with a 7-day policy.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase or order number.
To start an exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you the address to which you can send the item(s). Shipping costs of returns of the original item(s) are covered by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or exchange will not be accepted.The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return of the original items, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded the corresponding amount based on your return or exchange balance on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
COVID-19 Update: Due to limitations in properly sanitizing jewelry, we are not accepting returns or exchanges on most pieces of GAVANA's at this time. Please contact us if you wish to confirm your item's eligibility for return or exchange, although it is unlikely. We want to be responsible and do our part in the wellbeing of our Gavana Babes.
